Access and Usage

Access Hours:

• Passes are valid only during studio opening hours: Monday to Friday, ​from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  
• The studio is closed on public holidays.
  

Validity Period:

• 5-Day and 10-Day Passes are valid for 6 months from the date of ​purchase.
  

Booking and Reservation:

• Advance booking is recommended to ensure availability, especially ​during peak hours.
  
• Reservations can be made online or at the studio reception.
  

Age Restrictions:

• Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all ​times.
  
• Certain equipment and areas may have age restrictions for safety ​reasons.
  

Work Storage and Pickup:

• Work must be labeled with our “Identification Tags” to ensure ​tracking. If work is not tagged, the studio reserves the right to discard ​it.
  
• Completed works can be stored at the studio for up to 30 days. After ​this period, uncollected items may be discarded.
  
• Notifications will be sent when items are ready for pickup.
  

Health and Hygiene:

• Visitors are encouraged to wear appropriate clothing and maintain ​hygiene standards.
  
• Handwashing facilities are available, and visitors should clean their ​hands before and after working with clay.
  

Safety and Conduct

Safety Guidelines:

• All visitors must follow studio safety guidelines and instructions from ​staff.
  
• Operation of the kiln is only done by staff.
  
• Glazes must be handled with care and under the supervision of staff; ​no modifications to glazes are allowed, including adding water.
  

Conduct:

• Any damage to studio equipment or property caused by negligence ​will be the responsibility of the visitor.
  
• The studio reserves the right to revoke passes without refund in ​cases of misconduct or violation of rules.
  
• Tampering with the studio's POS system or CCTV cameras is strictly ​prohibited.
  

Studio Vibes and Atmosphere:

• Maintain quietness; avoid making loud noises or talking loudly on the ​phone.
  
• Children who cry or create excessive noise will be kindly asked to ​leave the studio.
  
• Respect other visitors and their personal space.
  
• Ask permission before interrupting others with questions.
  
• Follow the "leave no trace" policy: keep the space tidier than when ​you arrived and clean up after yourself.
  
• No food or drinks are allowed in the studio.
  

Equipment and Materials

Usage and Maintenance:

• Basic materials and equipment are included with the pass.
  
• Equipment and tables used must be cleaned by visitors and put back ​in their appropriate places.
  

Premium Materials:

• Premium materials or special tools may incur additional charges.
  

Personal Belongings:

• The studio is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal ​belongings. Visitors are advised to keep their valuables secure.
  

Nature, Pets, Plants, and Insects:

• We cherish and love our plants; any damage caused by visitors, ​children, or pets is strictly prohibited.
  
• Our space is surrounded by plants, which may attract insects. We ​provide mosquito sprays, but it is advised to bring your own.
  

Membership and Passes

Non-Transferability:

• Monthly Open Passes (1-Month and 6-Month) are non-transferable ​and can only be used by the person who purchased the pass.
  

Cancellations and Refunds:

• No refunds will be provided for unused or partially used passes.
  
• In case of emergencies or unforeseen closures, the studio will offer ​to extend the validity of affected passes.
  

Passes and Memberships:

• Studio passes and memberships are intended for experienced ​independent potters. Workshops or crash courses are not provided ​unless a visitor accompanies an experienced potter, in which case ​they may assist each other.
  
• Visitors are encouraged to avoid asking excessive questions that may ​disrupt staff or other visitors.
  

Class and Workshop Participation:

• Pass holders may receive discounts on classes and workshops. ​Details will be provided at the time of booking.
  
• Class and workshop schedules are subject to change, and advance ​notice will be provided where possible.
  

Membership Benefits:

• Monthly and 6-Month Open Pass holders may enjoy additional ​benefits such as priority booking, exclusive events, and discounts on ​studio merchandise.
  
• Discounts and membership benefits are only valid during the period ​of the membership.
